Sports Performance

The goal of our kid's program is to introduce young athletes into the world of athletic training in a fun, safe, and professional environment. Our trainers work with each client to help them learn and understand what it takes to succeed both on and off the playing field.

 

       THE TOOLS THAT THEY WILL LEARN INCLUDE:

  • General terminology.

  • Proper diet and what that does for your body.

  • Monthly testing to track progress.

  • Core strength, flexibility, and benefits of stretching.

  • Speed/conditioning/plyometric basics.

  • Proper weight lifting technique using body weight.

  • FREE Athletic Performance Shirt.

TRAINING OPTIONS:

1 session/week

2 sessions/week

3 sessions/week

Prices 

1 session/week: $100/month

2 sessions/week: $160/month

3 sessions/week: $230/month

Class Times:

Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri

4:00 - 5:00 pm, 5:00 - 6:00 pm

Team Performance

The goal of this program is to help a sports team develop a base of athleticism that will transfer over to their sport. Our trainers can help any team increase their speed and strength through proper technique and body weight movements.  

 

Below is what is included in the training:

  • Speed/conditioning/plyometric basics.

  • Proper weight lifting technique using body weight.

  • Testing at the beginning and end of the training

        cycle to track progress.

  • Core strength, flexibility, and benefits of stretching.

  • Sports Specific drills that transfer onto the field of play.
